Limited visibility in Latvia and the EU, dependent on referrals and classified ads. We rebuilt acquisition into a multi-channel machine - SEO, Google Ads, Meta, video content, CRM automation and sales training - and ran it for two years.

05Current intake
We onboard a fixed number of clients per quarter so every account gets daily execution - not a junior and a dashboard. When the roster is full, intake closes until next quarter.
